Responsibilities included negotiating and documenting content licensing and distribution transactions across multiple Comcast platforms, including broadcast retransmission agreements; cable television affiliation agreements; and video-on-demand and “TV Everywhere” agreements (including broadband streaming rights). Served as lead counsel on the launch and expansion of Comcast’s “electronic-sell-through” business by negotiating and documenting cross-platform content licensing agreements with motion picture studios. Provided legal counsel and support regarding fiber sharing and signal delivery agreements.
