  I am an Ex Platoon Sergeant from 1 Royal Irish, 16 Air Assault Brigade. I have experience of Operating and leading teams in Northern Ireland, Ramala, Basra and Al Amarah and Baghdad and Nad ali South, Helmand Province. I am a proven combat leader, who is capable of adapting to ever changing situations in fast flowing, hostile and austere environments. I am capable of leading a number of teams or operating as part of one. I am a keen team player, but am also experienced in working alone. I have excellent written and verbal skills, and am capable of briefing to high end management, whether that is a planned brief or a reaction to a surprise visit. My appearance and bearing in the work place is second to none and I always strive to set the highest standards, in order to promote the good ethics and quality of myself and the organisation that I work for. I am currently ready to deploy, and will deploy to anywhere at any notice, dependant on your requirements. I am a flexible individual, who can turn my hand to any task set, and will fit into any environment.
