• Receive work order tickets using track-it while managing and assign tickets to proper technician for work order for a team of 2 support technicians and 2 network administrators• Provide support to users for issues with WAN and LAN connectivity, Firewall, routers, VPN, VM, desktop to desktop video conferencing, Avaya office phones, mobile devices, software and hard ware installations, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1• Setup user workstations• Setup meeting rooms, Board room, and training room with computers, video conferencing and other technical equipment.• Provide support for weekly Executive Committee meetings• Provide technical support to over 140 users in person, through computer remote sessions and over the phone• Provide after hour support for remote users overseas in the UK, India and Hong Kong• Maintain and organize storage room with computer and technician equipment and keep track of inventory in Active Directory• Provide support for everyday meetings in meeting rooms and setting up equipment• Provide support and setup for video and audio conferencing via polycom or Microsoft Lync• Creating computer images and ghosting desktop computers and laptops• Order and setup mobile devices, wifi hot spots, Apple and Samsung tablets for users on AT&T• Clear paper jams, replace toner and troubleshoot to see if print queue needs to be cleared on Richo Aficio MP c5000 and MP c7501• Train bi-annual Help desk intern with basic technical support. Explain and show them the day to day duties of a Help desk technician, introduce new information and technology and close out tickets
