I have always found building and constructing deeply gratifying. I love seeing other people use and enjoy spaces that I have helped create. Whilst these are no longer treehouses or dens for my siblings, it’s that feeling that drove me into construction and why I love doing what I do.I graduated from the University of Bath having studied Civil Engineering before completing the Mace Graduate Scheme and subsequently working on two projects, the LSE CBR project was delivered in May 2019, and the LSE Paul Marshall Building in 2021.I then joined Reds10 to follow my passion's of innovation & technology in construction.Since I joined Reds10 I have built a Project Management Team in the Defence sector of the business and have delivered over 80 Net-Zero accommodation buildings around the UK as well as our first Single Living Accommodation Block.I am really excited about the future of both construction and Reds10 and I look forward to leading the business on the new SLA Programmatic Alliance Framework.
