Responsible for corporate law matters, including M&A, SEC, and Corporate Finance. Supervise Real Estate legal team.Handle acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments; capital structure and corporate finance matters; corporate governance, stockholder engagement, and ESG reporting; executive compensation, including equity program design and administration; all SEC filings, including periodic and current reports, proxy statements, and Section 16 filings.Prepare and review materials for Board, Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee meetings.Provide legal support to Corporate Development, Real Estate, Accounting, Internal Controls, Capital Markets, Treasury, Investor Relations, Industry Relations, Tax, Compensation, and Benefits.
