Thomas is a Senior Associate in the Asset Management and Development teams. He specialises in the whole range of real estate work including landlord and tenant work, property acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and asset management. As well as providing advice on all aspects of commercial real estate issues to property investors, Thomas has specialist knowledge of the development sector. In particular, he has supported a number of regional developers with the purchase of sites based in town centres, which were subsequently developed into residential accommodation. As well as the broader commercial property market, Thomas's clients include owners and directors of SMEs in sectors as diverse as manufacturing and healthcare. Recent examples of how Thomas has supported clients include: acting for a developer in connection with the purchase of a city centre property and to the subsequent development of the property for a c.£3m residential scheme; and acting for a client to take a lease of a warehouse for their internet based business.
