Central Intelligence Agency - 1979 to 2004 Strategic Operations Officer- Assisted in drafting requirements with the customers and service providers to ensure the requirements are clearly understood and agreed upon.- Scheduled Technical Exchange Meetings to ensure the project was on track, issues and concerns were addressed, ensured funds were allocated and equipment procured within budget and allotted timeline.- Prepared documentation for the Engineering Review Board.Resource Manager- Managed other component funds in support of the installation and maintenance of computer systems.- Scheduled installations in coordinaton with customer priorities and funding.- Prepared briefing slides for management review of budget execution to ensure component funds are allocated before the end of the fiscal year.Senior Telecommunications Officer- Managed and mentored twenty-six officers located at eleven overseas locations. - Scheduled site visits to ensure officers were proficient in establishing necessary alt-routes, reviewed career opportunities, and met with the site manager to review their satisfaction with the provided support. Field Installation Branch- Directed the planning, procurement, delivery, and installation of Automated Data Processing Systems.- Developed SOW’s and test plans for new and/or upgraded Processing Systems.Electronic Technician- Field Engineer for 10 years installing, repairing, and troubleshooting telecommunication equipment and data processing systems. Professionally installed equipment, power, and conduit domestically and overseas.
