Responsible for oversight of Craft and Construction Telecommunication Division for Ajilon including the following: • P&L responsibility for overall business including all budgeting and forecasting activities. (Total annual revenues ranged from $20-$30 million per year)• Oversight and management of 4-7 Directors/Branch Managers representing from 250 – 400 total employees across five remote branches from Florida to California.• Development of business plan and overall strategy which resulted in more diverse business and an increase in overall sales of ten percent in a very competitive marketplace• Key projects include the following:o FTTP (Fiber to the premise) projects in FL and CA for Verizon (Revenues of approximately $60 million over 3 year period)o FTTN (Fiber to the node) projects in CA for AT&T (Revenues of approximately $5 million over 2 year period)o BTS (Base Transmission Station) installation projects for Nortel Networks (Revenues of approximately $12 million over 2 years)• Development and implementation of restructuring plan for the crafts and construction division which resulted in consolidation of responsibilities and significant OH savings.• Development of various process improvement initiatives including a program which reduced accounts receivable from 92 days to 65 days and a detailed review and analysis of labor laws resulted in a reduction of employee claims and litigation. • Administrative oversight of business including coordination with legal, human resources and accounting.
