National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Precision Engagement DivisionOversaw the integration of geospatial intelligence into DoD targeting systems and policies. Lead NGA target materials modernization efforts supporting combatant command and Service target development requirements. Advised NGA leadership on targeting automation tools, technologies to inform requirements, current capabilities, and future needs. Liaised with Joint Staff, combatant commands, Services and intelligence community on targeting automation policy, system development and programming. Provided targeting expertise, policy implementation guidance for NGA support to combatant command planning and wartime operations.

Joint Staff J2 Intelligence Directorate, PentagonLed four-member branch focusing on targeting data flow, system integration and data requirements. Identified and proposed solutions for targeting systems related issues throughout the joint targeting enterprise. Chaired the Military Targeting Committee (MTC) Targeting Automation Subcommittee (TAS) and oversaw execution of MTC action plan tasks. Chaired the Joint Targeting Automation Requirements Sub-Working Group (JTAR SWG) with purview of targeting requirements supporting joint command and control. Provided functional requirements management for the Air Force’s Joint Targeting Toolkit program, ensuring joint operational needs were met.

Joint Staff J2 Intelligence Directorate, PentagonOversaw $5.6 billion airborne intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) portfolio. Managed joint requirements for DoD airborne ISR platforms from all services. Ensured statutory and DoD requirements met for requirements documentation and validation by the Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC). Represented Joint Staff during PPB&E processes including capability area deep dives, focus teams, issue teams, and issue paper development, and USD(I&S) monitoring of program execution. Routinely briefed and interacted with Senior Executives and Flag Officers regarding high-interest programs.

301st Intelligence SquadronDual-hatted as operations officer for 146-person squadron and oversaw 117-person joint, 24/7 operations watch center in a national level intelligence center. Supported 550 mission taskings and use of $1.5 billion in assets supporting national command authority and combatant commands.

Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Division, 613th Air Operations CenterOversaw systems integration, security, and exercise planning for a 60-person office. Oversaw U.S. Pacific Command exercise design to support component and combatant command targeting training objectives in a realistic scenario.
