Senior Data Center Operator
Current Oversees the operation of computer application systems, ensuring usage as efficiently as possible. Anticipates problems and takes preventative action that may occur during operations. Troubleshoot computer operations and fix errors. Team lead work in a 24/7 NOC environment, primarily working a rotating shift with limited supervision. Monitor, track, and make service calls when required and open and close Sales Force tickets. Support production operations environment including multiple servers and storage, FTP, NDM, Fidelity, networking, batch processing, backup and related activities. Initiate and monitor I.T triage bridge calls for outages and issues that may occur. Operate – Client Interactive tools for Zabbix, SolarWinds, BMC TMART, Explorer, Tivoli Maestro, Citrix and Control M . Receive and compile support requests by phone, e-mail, and Remedy Force ticketing systems.
