• I joined John Lewis Ipswich in September 2012. Here is what I have achieved in my time there:
• Engaging with customers to sell and provide them with technical information about a wide array of Audio, Vision & Computing products.
• Reforming the Ipswich stores Technical Support area to improve efficiency & consistency of the operation.
• Maintaining user logins, PC hardware and software.
• Working with technologies like Active Directory, Windows OS, Android and iOS when troubleshooting technical issues.

• Through my life-long interest in Sport, I took to Sports Coaching with real enjoyment and found it thoroughly rewarding. The role involved me taking time to prepare Sports Coaching sessions and bringing them to life.
• Using my passion for Sport, I was able to provide young people with an opportunity to develop their mental and physical well being.
• To feed off other Sports Coaches (with decades of experience) to influence my method of coaching.
• I was able to assist my peers with my own knowledge of coaching to develop their skills.
