I have been working LTL since 2001. While I have learned many positions in the LTL world, I have also been somewhat of an entrepreneur. While exploring my entrepreneur side. I have found skills that I may not have profected but I have used to bring higher levels of experience to each job that I am given. I enjoy not only learning to be a great human, but mentoring and providing authentic values toward others being great human beings. This has primarily been done through Dad Edge Alliance where I have become a leader in the growth of other fathers and how they communicate and change their lives for their legacy. I enjoy learning along side my son as he takes in his own new experiences and hobbies. I enjoy new ideas and putting the ideas to the test. I consider myself a great communicator because I have a great sense of empathy at my disposal. My heart and mind are at a peak when I am able to serve others and give them a sense of hope toward their success.
