I have joined WillisPalmer with vast experience within many customer service based roles. Prior to working with WP I worked at a largely respected multimedia company as a sales executive – where I gained invaluable customer service experience and understood the importance of handling requests in a timely manner and taking pride in my ability to build relationships and working well within a team.I am now one of WP’s referrals managers assisting with referrals and enquiries from local authorities, solicitors and other organisations alike as well as working closely with customers ensuring that the correct practitioners are provided for each case at hand.
