- Oversee the construction of underground gas utility infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial properties- Make decisions in the field and coordinate with internal and external service providers, support departments, and external agencies to ensure that work is performed as planned, permitted and scheduled.- Inspect Construction for safety, compliance, and quality.- Review and approve work orders, progress reports, field changes, invoices, as-built records, and bid contracts to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.- Monitors project specific budgets and cost per unit variances and identify exceptions.- Respond to emergency situations.- Interpret pipeline contracts to effectively leverage and negotiate the application of contractual items with external service providers.

- Complying with all Schlumberger and Regulatory HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.- Ensuring that the correct people, equipment and materials arrive to location on time, are rigged up, tested and ready to perform the job, without deviation from KSQR (Key Service Quality Requirements) as well as ensuring contingency plans are in place. Ensuring pre job meetings are held with all well site personnel including the client.- Executing successful jobs as per design, recognizing risks associated with operations, and reducing them as much as possible. Identifying any potential unplanned changes to the job program, and requesting a Management of Change if necessary. Ensuring that all Well Services employees and contractors are in compliance with safety standards. Ensuring that all personnel assigned are competent to drive and operate their assigned equipment.- Completing all the required pre and post job paper work and job tickets on time and without errors.- Ensuring preventive maintenance on equipment is performed as per standards and that units are in safe, clean and proper working condition for the next service job.- Ensuring all Schlumberger well site employees are current and up to date on all training and standards. Coaching and mentoring less experienced employees.- Keeping up to date with new technologies, practices and standards.
