Responsibilities & Accomplishments:- Performed Mechanical and Electrical Inspections of fabricated cables, rack and drawer assemblies for a multitude of projects including ADVON, RRSVS, TOC Trailers, JISCC- Performed detailed inspections of vehicles, trailers, racks, and communication shelters installations and integration and electrical ring-outs- Performed in-house calibration and verification of solder station and Go-No-Go gauges- Authored detailed SOP documents for integration and installation- Performed all mechanical inspections on incoming out-sourced metalwork- Cross trained electrical QA employees to better understand engineering and drafting practices and how to perform accurate mechanical inspections- Created DMR and PPR reports as necessary to prevent future discrepancies - Maintained DMR and PPR SharePoint and ACCESS databases, filing system and inventory- Performed monthly inventory and safety audits- Created Excel macro program to automate calibration notifications, increasing efficiency, and decreasing man hours
