Sales Engineer

•Subject Matter Expert, Voice products, Cisco, ShoreTel, Adtran, NEAX, Nortel, Avaya, Internal & External (entrance) Cable, Wireless•Develop, manage and maintain Customer Relationships•Project management and team lead for major voice, data, Network and Wireless installations by understanding the customers processes•Continuing education in product and industry technologies•Generate, position and secure contractual agreements through technical consulting and leadership skills•Evaluate customers needs for Delivery and Installation of product and communicate this information effectively•Customer presentations for equipment system design and network solutions•Design complex products and services using cross-functional and interdepartmental resources efficiently •Prepare Request For Proposal responses using sound technical principles consistent with service and profitability objectives•Coordinate with legal associates as needed for contractual issues•Determine pricing and implementation requirements, including return on investment (ROI) models for the customers•Troubleshooting and technical support of complex products and services•Development of curriculum and training of sales engineers, sales representatives and account consultants
