Responsible for Human Resources in one plant and Accounts Recievable management for northern 3 plants.

Sit on both local and corporate steering committees for company lean initiative. Local responsibilities included picking focus of projects, appointing teams, day one training of teams, facilitating projects and sustaining of improvements. I was also responsible for cost justification of projects both before and after and maintaining records to verify results. I was also active in Lean initiatives in other Wise facilities around the eastern U.S.

Responsibilities included production, quality and operation of entire second shift, approximately 30 associates. During this period I also refined the production tracking methods for the entire facility and worked with other supervisors to develop policies for attendance, quality, production standards and salary increases. Also during the last year of this period I worked part time as an assistant to the Lean Coordinator and supervised the Maintenance department.

Responsible for helping shift associates meet production goals and maintaining quality at acceptable levels. Actively involved in pay increases and HR for second shift. I also had responsibilities relating to shipping all product out of the facility by both parcel and LTL carriers and tracking of production for the entire staff of operations associates.

Started in entry level warehouse/material handling position and worked my way up through the ranks to attain a supervisory position. Ran several different pieces of production equipment during this period and rose to lead operator in department.
