Currentanalyzing, managing, and reporting on the project portfolio to ensure optimal resource allocation, risk mitigation, and value delivery•Identifies business improvement opportunities and works with the respective management to implement•responsible for supporting the development and management of the Utilities' Capital Plan in conjunction with the Portfolio Manager•Contributes to development of the Portfolio Management program which focuses on project-based investments intended to advance organizational goals and capabilities•includes the project intake processes, toll-gate requirements, criteria-driven prioritization, dependency and constraint-driven slotting, assignment of projects for execution, management of portfolio risk, and monitoring of project benefits attainment•Conducts comprehensive portfolio analyses, developing performance metrics, and providing insights to inform decision-making processes•Contributes to creation, coordination and training on Portfolio Management governance, activities, and processes Utility wide and closely collaborate with Enterprise Project Management Office and stakeholders•Supports Business Owners, Project Managers and SMEs in the development of project intake documentation•Supports the creation of project specific economic analysis in coordination with Treasury•Develops and maintains Business reporting: KPIs, Reports and Dashboards•Manage and monitor project status, scope, and timing (project lifecycle) through effective reporting and analysis•Analyze resource capacity needs and changes in the portfolio
