I am a senior associate in the Product Litigation and Regulatory Risk practice of the Disputes, Investigations and Advisory division. I have a broad practice covering general commercial, civil litigation (including group/class actions), regulatory compliance and investigations. I have acted for a diverse range of corporate clients, including within the technology, E-commerce, consumer goods, food, tobacco, life sciences, industrial and automotive industries.My work has an international focus and touches upon the full product life-cycle, including product launches, ongoing regulatory compliance including advertising issues, enforcement proceedings, supply-chain disputes, recalls and litigation including group/class actions. I have worked on matters of the highest complexity including multi-jurisdiction issues with the largest spanning more than 190 jurisdictions and some of the most significant group ("or class") actions disputes before the European courts.I have contributed and been published across a variety of professional publications including the Legal 500 Country Comparative Guides, Chambers Global Legal Guide and Practical Law. I have also been asked to speak at international conferences including in the USA as part of the DRI Associate of Civil Defence Attorneys Product Liability Conference and the International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organisation (ICPHSO) International Symposium.
