I have had an interest in the natural world ever since I was a young kid obsessed with Steve Irwin and nature documentaries, I guess that phase never ended for me (I even have a Steve Irwin inspired tattoo).Now, after having graduated from my Bachelor of Science, I am looking to further my experience in the field of Ecology to grow as a member of the scientific community, expand my knowledge and contribute my skills to efforts in conservation and environmental management.The highlight of my course was working in a team to study frogs in the Daintree Rainforest. This was my best performing subject where being able to utilise interpersonal skills, my passion for the field and the opportunity to learn in the field really helped me to thrive. It is that kind of experience that I would like to build on and bring what I have learnt to new work prospects.
