Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Salem-Teikyo University and graduated with a 3.31 GPA. Have twenty (20) years of Management Experiences between my Military Career and Civilian Management. Spent twelve years on Active Duty in the United States Army from May 2000 – Dec 2012. While getting out of the military as an Aviation Captain and spent eight years as a Chinook Pilot. Have 30 months in combat with tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. Coordinated efforts across departments for construction and revisions of Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) as well as Operations and Support (O&S) phases. Developed the scope of work (SOW), coordinated with engineers to draft initial plans, submitted Modification Work Orders (MWO) for customer specific requests, managed Project Life Cycle (PLC) using Gantt charts and weekly accountability meetings. Created operations Key Performance Parameter (KPP) data charts for executive level dashboards that linked financial data with operational data.Conducted data analysis using 6-sigma techniques, led series of Kaizen events and advised specific improvements which resulted in $2 million in productivity gain at my facility. Direct the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Planner with establishing, improving and executing maintenance improvements to operations and facility systems during the weekly Maintenance Task Analysis meeting (MTA). Responsible for conducting Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) for the facility weekly with the Regional Logistics Support Manager. Conducted multiple UAS missions over the past six (6) years utilizing The United States National Airspace in conjunction with the FAA.
