I am an Improvement Engineer with over eight years experience in Mining and Manufacturing industries. I have worked across both mobile fleet in an underground mining environment as well as fixed plant.I have a Mechanical Engineering background and have a high level of technical knowledge and practical experience in maintenance and reliability. I am capable of supervising maintenance teams during plant shutdown activities and have enjoyed being a mentor to Graduate and Cadet Engineers. I have had the great opportunity to work on operational readiness for a Greenfield Mine at Dugald River and been involved in it's comissioning including implementing new procedures to site.
