- Managed Flight Ops personnel on a day-to-day basis to ensure that a rapidly changing flight mission schedule was always properly supported, including but not limited to coordinating logistics between 3 separate flight facilities.- Organized, processed, and maintained individual flight hours, aircraft qualifications, training documentation, and other records for over 160 active aviation personnel.- Lead Flight Operations trainer for the Army Aviation Support Facility at Dobbins ARB.- Georgia State-level Lead Trainer for Flight Operations, flight tracking software, and the Combat Survival Emergency Locator (CSEL) radio system- Operated and maintained the digital NANO flight tracking software and the Combat Survival Emergency Locator (CSEL) radio system for Georgia State Operations.- Coordinated aircraft logistics, flight plans, etc. for last minute VIP missions.- Lead coordination with multiple units, personnel, logistics, and communications for emergencies.
