Responsible for taking customers' designs and concepts and developing them into rotationally molded plastic parts as well as estimating the cost of the molds and parts. Additional responsibilities include the fixturing of CNC parts, programming the robot arm for machining of parts, shop layout, assisting maintenance technician with repair and upkeep of molds. Designing and 3D printing of parts for fixturing, and gauging of parts. Working with shop supervisor for continuous improvement of quality and production.

Responsible for breaking down the customers’ designs for fabrication. Generating prints for the shop and programming or outsourcing as required to complete a finished product; Implementing the transition from pencil and paper drawings to Solidworks; Improving on the manufacturing processes in the shop; Assisting the Shop Manager with tasks ranging from handling quality issues, to estimating projects to ensuring the completion of jobs through the fabrication process. Additional responsibilities: CAD administrator, Solving issues with the Turret Press and Press Brake.

Responsible for the research and development of new products, taking the customers' concepts and transforming them into finished products; Improved the quality and cost-effectiveness of current stock products; Generated construction drawings, user guides and instruction sheets, specified materials, and created Bill of Materials; Problem solved Manufacturing Process and Quality issues.

Responsible for the engineering of exhibitry, the generation of construction drawings, and floor plans from design sketches/concepts. Additional duties include: Maintenance and Instruction of AutoCAD and CNC software, file management, and the construction of architectural models.
