I spent 22 years in the United States Marine Corps. During that time, I traveled around the world and was attached to numerous units, in which I filled many positions that provided me with the opportunity to master the traits and skills of leadership and management, along with strong organization and communication skills. These skills have carried over into my civilian life, where I have given speaking engagements to schools, teams and local businesses. I cover the benefits of serving in the military, plus the skills and traits that veterans have to offer. I have been involved in co-founding Vet.Careers, a veteran job network owned and operated by veterans. I head the efforts of training and development within the organization. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my family and a round of golf.
