Under the supervision of a senior consultant, worked with a local business to help create a reformed business plan for their organization. Key Accomplishments:Developed product selection criteria for the future strategic outlook.Conducted market and industry research that outlined a viable plan for market penetration.Developed a marketing mix in order to promote the organizational brand and sales growth.Created a detailed timeline of key operational components needed to bring the product to market.Effectively communicated and developed positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Supervised and managed a team of 20-30 newly enlisted members, organizing training sessions and courses while overseeing administrative and human resources functions including interviewing, scheduling, filing grievances, and updating personnel files. Conducted physical fitness sessions, ensuring all members were able to fulfill all Canadian Forces requirements. Supervised and managed a number of projects that were vital to organizational success. Key Accomplishments: Provided leadership and guidance to a team of members, setting their priorities and directing their duties, utilizing refined coaching and managerial abilities. Ensured all members met training requirements. Led and participated in field and simulation exercises. Organized, planned and managed training exercises while under demanding conditions.  Provided project management related support to many initiatives passed down by the Commanding Officer. Provided scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and technical support.

Assisted senior officers in administrative duties. Responsibilities include filing mail, directing phone calls, documenting minutes, transcribing documents, scheduling, organizing conferences/ events, budgeting, inventory and conducting any projects or directives set out by senior officer.
