Alongside my studies I am employed as a Woodland Activity Instructor (casual) across weekends, evenings, and in school holidays.Providing clear instruction, guidance & support on various activities the park offers to ensure a safe, fun and positive experience during public open days, youth group bookings and birthday party groups.Building rapport with a wide spectrum of visitors to encourage their participation on any given activity.Greeting visitors at Reception, checking bookings, taking new bookings for additional activities and taking payments handling cash & card payments.General site maintenance checks & reporting and also key holder responsibilities for opening and closing the park.
