Design and fabricate vehicles and magnet arrays for our line of Linear Synchronous Motor standard product as well as various manufacturing assembly fixtures and assembly machines for magnet array and standard product assembly using SolidWorks. I also manage and run our in-house machine shop as well as task management and assigning tasks to other technicians/machinists. I have 12+ years experience using manual Bridgeport milling machines, lathes, drill presses, band saws, hand tools, etc. I use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and OneNote on a daily basis to create assembly BOMs, Gant-chart schedules, testing logs, calculators (torque calculators, bearing design guides, etc.), design reviews, assembly instructions and design notebooks.

Assisted my father with building custom homes. My father (Tom Rosswaag) has owned Native Construction for more than 25 years, building beautiful custom homes heated and cooled using geo-thermal heat pump systems. While working there, I helped frame homes, shingle, install siding, trim and paint.
