Performing multiple on-site tasks for telecom customers abroad (at the moment mainly in the Caribbean area):-Design from scratch back-end solutions for data reporting/mining such as: connecting/cleaning of data sources, data checking against current reports, development of scripts to compute complex KPIs, automatization of tasks, models creation for propensity to buy.-Design from scratch front-end solutions for data reporting such as: design sources table to optimize loading, agile development of intuitive interface for end-users, from employee to CFO.-Project management tasks such as: writing SOWs, estimate workload, define business & functional requirements.

Hired to support the existing team, I quickly moved to improve a really complex and challenging process mainly via automatization.At the same time I had to follow up on daily tasks, improving my knowledge of payment & credit cards environment.

Hired to do development work to solve a process challenge, I quickly got in charge of the whole project (Planning, Business & functional requirements, training).In parallel I was redesigning tools to calculate mortgage rates based on market data.
