Sole individual partner and original Founder of Inflective Asset Management. Managed the Inflective Convertible Arbitrage Hedge Fund that peaked with assets in excess of $600 million. The strategy focused on credit, volatility and the underlying equity of convertible issuers. The firm also managed convertibles without hedges for its partner, Aviva USA. Was responsible for all aspects of the business during his tenure.

Held a number of positions with Transamerica Investment Mgmt, an affiliate of Aegon N.V. During this period, I was Vice-President, Portfolio Manager, a securities analyst and portfolio manager for various public and private fixed income and equity portfolios including managing all of Transamerica’s convertible portfolios from October 1997 through May 2001. Convertible assets grew from $400 million to $1.3 billion prior to my departure. Co-managed the Transamerica Premier High-Yield Bond Fund from 1999 through my departure in 2001.
