Elected member representing District 5- supporting policy initiatives with the Missouri State Legislator, member recruitment/retention and engagement, reviewing/approving association finances as well as strategic planning efforts.

Brought into the organization to oversee full project lifecycles for three action team divisions.Notable Contributions: • Designed a regional Healthy Workplace award and expanded it to include a turnkey wellness program framework for small businesses; Spearheaded efforts to review 100+ workplace/community health inputs for efficacy/viability; identified 12 key criteria; Formalized the award and program into a comprehensive whitepaper. o Expanded project to help lower resourced organizations apply for wellness program support- increasing program adoption and the number of award recipients o Orchestrated the design of the program’s employee health assessment o Several well-established business associations negotiated towards ownership of award and program assets.• Lead and supported multiple projects at a time often collaborating with diverse array of subject experts/professionals- hospital administration/leadership, economic development specialists, local school districts, county government, law enforcement, residents, business associations, and other coalitions to promote access to new/existing community resources. Projects frequently involved program development, community outreach/marketing campaigns, large events, nonprofit development, and updating local systems, policies, environment. • Increased overall volunteer/stakeholder productivity via new tools and adaptive techniques regarding communication strategies, transparent project documentation, schedule planning and management procedures.• Completed project management plans and diagramming to communicate with executives/stakeholders and facilitate decision-making processes.• Established several key partnerships for varying project types; dramatically increased the scope and quality of project outputs through an aptitude of networking, recognizing aligned interests, and building from them.
