Promoted to Supervisor of Database Services in July 2006 and Manager of Database Services in March 2011, managed a team responsible for administration and security of all MS SQL Servers in both clustered and non-clustered environments, web development and development, implementation, and support of all internal MS Access-MS SQL Server client-server database applications.As Database Analyst (Aug 2003 – Jul 2006), managed SQL Server database back ups, restored databases as needed, maintained security, monitored servers, installed service packs, performed query tuning, created database triggers and indexes to improve processes and developed and supported numerous MS Access databases with SQL Server backend. Also as Database Analyst, developed dynamic database driven web applications and templates using ColdFusion, ASP.NET and MS SQL Server. Acted as sole developer and administrator of company’s online e-Learning system. Provided employee support for MS Office and MS Outlook.

Application Developer - developed both internal applications and client applications as part of company’s InSourcing Services department.Billing Manager - Managed a small team overseeing the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all billing for four separate offices. In addition, responsible for creating and providing management with various revenue reports.Trainer - Provided instructor led training in Microsoft Office products.Training Coordinator - Responsible for registration process and classroom setup.
