• Direct report to CEO of company.• Responsible for all operations policy and procedures for a chain of sandwich shops (22 locations).• Ensure all locations are compliant with and meeting all operational standards.• Provide on-site assistance to franchise partners for staffing, training, inventory control, marketing, and any other operational needs.• Negotiated leases, manage build-out of new locations and on-site support for new openings.• Negotiated contracts with key suppliers to leverage company volume and control costs

• Launched a contracting business, successfully growing the business for 8 years.• In 2002, purchased the 1st Franchise from Philly Foods and owned and operated franchise for 4 years. Sold franchise and went to work for the Corporate Office as Director of Franchise Operations.
