Bi vocational Pastor

Pastor and Spiritual Counselor – Provide one on one spiritual counseling to clients, acknowledging and respecting their beliefs, culture and values. Identify issues and create goals and plans using biblical principles. Teach clients coping mechanisms. Lead group spiritual sessions. Provide updates and progress information to clinical therapists.

Associate Pastor and Senior Elder– Supported the Senior Pastor in the overall vision casting and leadership of the church’s teaching and weekend service planning, design and execution. Developed goals and objectives for the ministry area in line with the strategic plan. Served as the primary person on stage for welcome, offering, communication and closing comments on Sunday mornings. Functioned as second/back up speaker to the Senior Pastor.
