This involved the research management analysis of trades, trade systems, trade issues, trade products and general problems involving market data that specifically catered to the global clients of State Street.  Intricate knowledge of the State Street banking system, market data for trades, market charges, currencies, tolerances, IMS data management, trade products global and domestic, BICS, qualifiers from CUIDS to Euroclears, different TOMS systems for each client, cash translations, RKS management, ESM, Trade signature profiles, Omgeo, CTM trades, GTTS trades. Tasked with the training of new and current employees in the State Street office as well as training of employees in India.
