I'm focused on the technical development side :(team management, production, Project and Design) Projects : _ imagine, create, draw all the projects_ prepare full project files to provide to all supplier the needs. _ maintain the relashionship to get them fully invested _ design new product lines or accessories.- Provide support to the sale manager - Manage a schedule that synchronize all the production team.Production :_ Manage our factory in China ( process, schedule, delay, prices)_ Manage our suppliers in France (delai, quality, process)_ Manage our quality agent in China (quality control, sourcing )_ Manage our worker teams in France.
