I'm focused on the technical development side :(team management, production, Project and Design) Projects : _ imagine, create, draw all the projects_ prepare full project files to provide to all supplier the needs. _ maintain the relashionship to get them fully invested _ design new product lines or accessories.- Provide support to the sale manager - Manage a schedule that synchronize all the production team.Production :_ Manage our factory in China ( process, schedule, delay, prices)_ Manage our suppliers in France (delai, quality, process)_ Manage our quality agent in China (quality control, sourcing )_ Manage our worker teams in France. Source factories in China, Evaluate their capabilities to produce, organize themselves, manage crisis and problems.Improve and organise our lab.

Home products design, measurement, tuning (Infinity and JBL).Report measurement and status to the upper management. Maintain the speaker Lab, tools, equipement, listening room. Prepare and assemble all the prototypes. Car audio drivers, design and test. Create from zero a car audio Lab.

Measurement on IEC baffle or multi-position average in car seats. Listening test in cars, static and dynamic. Study the customer specs request.
