Sole responsibility for Icomera’s Product, Marketing and R&D taking the team from 12 to 60+ people in under 5 years while Icomera grew from €7m in turnover to €37mAmongst many initiatives, many software-based, also brought Icomera's HW design in-house and launched a complete new 5G-ready HW Router platform based on Intel Xeon processors and 10GB/s ethernet - perhaps Sweden's most sophisticated designed and manufactured computer today and Icomera's top-selling product.Key player in the Sale of Icomera to Engie - preparing market evaluations, holding presentations, assembling strategy documents and working very closely with Icomera's advisors throughout the 9-month process.

Responsible for pricing and packaging of Icomera's software, hardware, support and services. Also for all marketing materials, the Icomera website, trade-shows and branding.

Moved from NYC to Sweden to be with my (now) wife and start a family.Intensive language courses to achieve near-fluency (now fluent). Successfully interviewed in Swedish for position at Icomera as VP Product & Marketing.

Sole responsibility for KGB’s end-to-end mobile platform, including embedded software, downloadable apps, SMS and voice integration, with an annual budget of $60M+ Full P&L and dept. responsibility for Staff (40+ in 4 offices globally), Sales and Products, reporting directly to Group COO

Responsible for entire global product portfolio of the KGB Mobile & Digital division. Owner of the product roadmap and long-term strategy.

Founded Texperts with Sarah McVittie: Pioneered the world’s first sms-based Q&A service. Successful exit December 2008 to KGB inc, in New York (owns 118 118 in the UK). Responsible for taking a product idea to investors, raising investment, building the product, launching it and improving on it until the successful exit.

Part of the team that lead the £4.0bn Carlton/Granada merger and the €2.0bn purchase of BertelsmannSpringer by Candover and Cinven. Completed the UBS M&A Graduate training programme: learned and applied various finance and valuation techniques, modelling, DCFs, Comps. Passed the FSA exams (accredited to provide financial advice professionally).
