The effective management and control of all workflow related to inventory within the DC.Manage and co-ordinate the inventory functions both within NAVision and the warehouse.Maximise team performance and efficiency levels of all employees.Inventory section budget and KPI management.Ensure the Occupational Health & Safety Standards are continuously achieved and maintained.Liaise and provide accurate communication and feedback to management.Calculate landed costs.Ensure inventory cycle counts are carried out as per agreed frequency, stock shrinkage targets are consistently met and prompt investigation and resolution of all stock discrepancies are carried out. Control all inventory related documentation and ensure accurate recording of all inventory related data, including stock taking, stock adjustments, stock transfers and stock write-off records.Collaborate with DC team, finance, buying and IT team to continuously improve overall inventory management and inventory reporting.
