Tom represents employers in the public, private sectors and professional associations. He provides strategic advice on all aspects of employment and labour relations and represents clients in employment related litigation. He is the Chair of Roper Greyell.He is a past President of, and holds an honorary Lifetime Membership in CPHR, B.C. and Yukon; a member of the Executive Committee (Common Law Canada) of the Canadian Labour Law Association, the Canadian affiliate of the International Society for Labour and Social Security Law; a member of the American Bar Association, and the Canadian Association of University Solicitors; a Fellow of the U.S. College of Labor and Employment Lawyers; a member of the Board of Governors of the Business Council of British Columbia.
