Mobilized support of the COVID-19 hospital augmentation mission and COVID Vaccination Centers. I was the director of military personnel operations for a Division Headquarters equivalent organization, the 46th Military Police Command. Responsible for oversight of military personnel operations, includes updating service time, annual employee evaluations, insurance, service awards, letters of condolence, managing unit manning documents and resourcing replacements. Additional duty: a military Liaison Officer (LNO) easing the opening of the Detroit Temporary Medical Facilty in the TCF Center (Former COBO Hall), followed by deployments to Texas and Arizona as LNO to medical augmentation teams assisting in manning of (4) hospitals in Harlingen, Edinburgh, and McCallen TX, as well one at Kingman Memorial Hospital in Kingman AZ. Prior to demobilization was LNO at the Yakima CVC site in Yakima, WA. LNO Responsibilities include oversight of incoming personnel, reporting day to day activities on site being the army liaison to FEMA in COVID Vaccination Operations to deconflict civil/mil issues, to ensure site personnel stayed within federal guidelines and laws.

Designer/Lead planner Detroit (2018-2019) and New York City (2020) Dense Urban Terrain Exercises (DUT). Multi-year national and international Defense Support to Civil Authority exercises in the cities of Detroit and Windsor in 2018-2019 and New York City in 2020. The Detroit (DUT) consisted of: 65+ agencies, over 200 unique participants which included, Windsor Fire and Rescue Services, 4th Canadian Division/JTF-Central, Essex/Windsor EMS, Canadian Army ARNORTH/J-5 LNO, Mult. cross-border corporations, at multiple locations, connected to municipal and state EOCsNew York City in 2020, consisted of: Developing relationships with multiple agencies to include Canadian Emergency Services and military. The exercise focus was upon academics and capabilities briefs, and was to to also conduct collaborative Field Training Exercise with Fire Department New York at the NYC Randall Island Fire Academy. 46th MP Command search and rescue personnel would train with FDNY personnel at Randall's Island, fire training facility, and provide military personnel a further understanding of search and rescue techniques.The DUT focus is familiarizing military disaster response personnel with civilian partners in disaster management and response exercises in a dense urban environment. It is designed to enable more rapid military integration into ongoing disaster responses in Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear events. Planning utilizes the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) exercise design model based upon the Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP).Responsibilities include: Outreach and coordination with local, state, and federal governments and non-governmental agencies that traditionally assist in disaster response. Developing exercise concept and scenario design to include Ground Truth and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) documents.

Lead Planner of an exercise designed to increase access to and response capabilities of the Central and South Asian (CASA) nations of Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, along with Afghanistan. The exercise was deigned to build trust between the four nations with the US providing the opportunity to interact and work together to provide solutions to supporting disaster response events in the region with their militaries. The responsibilities included: Establishing the Joint Exercise Life Cycle, concept design, and scenario development, budgeting and contracting within the host nations of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Coordinated with ministries of defense in the three CASA nations and directly with the Afghan military for their participation. Additional duties at CENTCOM included briefing GEN Mattis or his staff monthly, contributing on taskers to include the planning of the first US-Chinese Naval anti-piracy exercise and the Afghan logistics plan across the former Soviet Union in 2011.
