Project managed 10 - 12 local, regional, industry, government, and international executive and user events and conferences annually.• Wrote user procedure manuals for event property layout and installation and venue infrastructure troubleshooting.• Prepared for site visits and planned space, coordinating and collaborating with worldwide marketing department.• Ordered, installed, and tested event infrastructure in partnership with team and venue staff.• Managed 3-5 events simultaneously.• Negotiated with in-house event management / sales staff. Managed internal and vendor conference staff, including organized labor, supporting 3K event participants from all organizational levels.• Participated post-conference meetings, reviewing BEOs and determining customer engagement and satisfaction.

Project managed regional office opens, moves, retrofits, and closes on national level. Functioned as network architecture and management resource for installation, updates, and troubleshooting, including Windows and UNIX servers. Served as advocate and liaison between information systems team and regional users.
