Tom Rothschild has worked at the intersection of facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution for over two decades. Tom helps groups and organizations grow into a common unity – a community – of wholeness, purpose and direction. Tom's work is informed by his experience and outlook as a Quaker, as well as fifty years of experience as a lawyer in public service for the poor and in private practice. In this time of divisiveness and argument throughout our society, Tom helps organizations move past labels such as "conflict" which often both oversimplify and inflame the situation, creating space where they can instead find and appreciate the full depth and scope of the questions and issues confronting them, and together seek the way forward. Tom guides towards an understanding in which the formation of community through the way decisions are made can be as important as the decision itself.
