I lead shaping and refinement for a feature team which owns the savings account origination journey for Nationwide members. I write user stories with BDD acceptance criteria, and use value frameworks such as WSJF to prioritise a backlog. I've built experience in hosting Agile meetings - including sprint reviews and retrospectives, stand-ups and quarterly PI planning - and in acting as a proxy PO when making decisions on planning, priority and to deliver better experiences to our members.

I worked on building a Service Agreement and Shared Responsibility Model for teams consuming the NBS cloud platform, including elements of process improvement, business architecture and solutions design. This also involved a large amount of requirements gathering, wireframing and management of senior stakeholders across Nationwide Technology.

I took responsibility for producing a number of communications, including internal newsletter for 600 colleagues, briefing notes for colleagues and leadership, letters to parliamentarians and consultation responses. I also planned and organised a key political engagement opportunity, a major report launch event, including securing venue, caterers, speakers and a targeted guest list.

My second placement was within the Risk area of the Moments that Matter mission. I delivered requirements, project management and testing on a number of projects, using specialist skills such as process mapping, data modelling and requirements engineering.

I joined Nationwide on the two year Change Development Programme. My first placement was in the society's Cloud Centre of Excellence, where I worked to define operating models and ways to enable teams across the society to consume the CCoE cloud platform.I also collaborated with stakeholders within Cloud as well as its customers to understand process and documentation improvements to speed up the onboarding journey for consuming teams.

Watching and writing reviews for over 400 short films submitted to the 2020 edition, while carrying out additional research and making content advisory notes.
