This exposure included spearheading a number of innovative projects leading to significant reductions in credit losses and increases in active accounts. In addition, managed 90+ business analysts, statisticians and data scientists.Previously held the role of Chief Economist at Fentress Inc., a resource planning consultant to the Federal Justice system. Also worked as a management consultant for KPMG Peat Marwick and began career with the Bureau of Labor Statistics as an economist in the Branch of Development and Applications Research.Some career highlights, before joining Citi, include:• Co-Authored “Options Strategies and Neural Networks.” This paper presented primary research into the Dynamic Search Algorithm (DSA) neural network model;• Designed software to apply neural specification for ARIMA models that forecast the space needs of the Federal Judiciary at every courthouse in the country.• Built financial models to manage the Dalkon Shield Claimants Trust and the National Asbestos Trust.Earned Master's degree in Economics from Bowling Green University in December 1989 and earned his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Clarion University in May 1987.
