The position was a direct report to the owners. My goal was to generate sales through salesmanship, training, coaching and merchandising. I helped with the development of budgets and worked with various store managers in order to control payroll. A generous amount of my position required me to travel to various locations on a regular basis. These visits often had a goal of evaluating store management performance and staff skills. I also worked with outside vendors in an effort to develop unique sales opportunity for our stores. I was also the contact person for most critical customer service issues.

To provide store staff with direction on all aspects of normal operations. Repond to any P&L issues and develop plans for improvements. Plan and execute the training of all managers and staff.
