I’m currently a 3rd year student at the University of York studying BA (Hons) Criminology. I’ve been involved in part time employment for over 4 years, efficiently balancing my time between my education and employment. My passion is all things martial arts. I’m a second degree black belt in Taekwondo having represented England at the Commonwealth games winning a bronze medal. Transitioning into Kickboxing while at University, and competing as recently as March 2020. I’m the Vice President of my University’s MMA club and coach a striking class alongside my studies and part time employment. I aspire to work in law enforcement after completing my degree. Applying all of the communication, leadership and team building skills I have established through my martial arts training and studies. I am currently searching for internships and placements that will provide me with valuable industry experience within law enforcement and the military.
