Responsible for the content & interpretation of all overhaul information that is disseminated. Responds to all overhaul/component repair orientated questions submitted from the field or in-house. Develops and coordinates repairs, to ensure optimum performance and service life. Reviews and reports on investigation results. Acts as facilitator between AMC’s and their vendors, as required to ensure part integrity. Participates in technical audits. Coordinates the calibration efforts on equipment and test stands. Provides written responses to customers on assessment of returned parts. Works with support equipment engineering to develop new tools and equipment.
