With 36 years of clinical practice in the suburban Philadelphia area, as well as board certifications in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases, I am excited to apply my expertise to telehealth and remote cardiology services.Career highlights:1. Establishing and Growing a Successful Cardiology Practice: In 1986, I founded my own cardiology practice, which has since grown into an eight-person cardiology group. This practice serves patients at Holy Redeemer Hospital and Medical Center, as well as three office sites. Our Cardiology group is employed by Doylestown Hospital, a large tertiary care hospital center, where we send complex care referrals which include coronary bypass, valve surgery, defibrillators, and electrophysiologic services.2. Board Certification: I am board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases3. Leadership Roles: I currently serve as President of the Doylestown Cardiology of Huntingdon Valleypractice, as well as Chief of Cardiology and Director of Cardiac Diagnostic Testing at Redeemer Health,and I have held these positions for over 20 years.4. Administrative Contributions: My involvement in administration encompasses utilization review,quality assurance, peer review, overreading interpretations of cardiac diagnostic testing, and follow-upmonitoring for quality care with direct cardiologist-to-cardiologist interaction.5. Value-Based Care: I actively contribute to the practice, development, and implementation of programsand guidelines for delivering value-based cardiac care. Additionally, I provide educational lectures to primary care physicians on care pathways and cardiovascular disease management, with a goal of elevating value-based medicine.6. Excellence in Practice: Our practice has earned a priority 1st choice consultation rating from a group of 90 primary care physicians in the Philadelphia area due to our excellence in current practices and value-based care medicine.While I have no plans for retirement, I am relocating to Florida and I am highly interested in exploring opportunities that allow me to provide remote cardiovascular services on a part-time basis.I would welcome the opportunity to discuss any potential openings or collaborations further.
