I searched through physical and digital archives to tell stories through the historic documents that I found. In the summer of 2019 I applied for and received Canada Summer Jobs funding to hire and lead a team of three to research newcomers to London from the 1800s to the 1930s and conserve their headstones.- Welcomed 493 visitors to our 2019 Doors Open Ontario event I organized that featured guided history tours, monument restoration demonstrations, crematorium tours, and a site-specific theatre production by AlvegoRoot Theatre- $26,000 secured in Canada Summer Jobs grants over two years- 7,811 blog visits from 23 posts in 2019; doubled views with half the content of previous years- Awarded a London Heritage Award from ACO London in 2019 for our historical research, monument preservation, and preservation of local stories
