Tom joined the ALL4 team as a staff engineer in 2011 after graduating from Penn State University. He has worked on the submittal of Title V Operating Permit applications and renewals as well as plan approval applications in multiple states. He has compiled emissions inventories, modeled facility air concentrations, and assisted clients in a variety of fields including, but not limited to, pulp & paper mills, landfills, ship building facilities, data server permitting, cement companies, coffee bean roasting companies, and cocoa bean roasting companies. He also actively participates in the Air Quality Modeling and Air Quality Monitoring sectors at ALL4. Tom leads Microsoft Excel Trainings at ALL4 and is part of the corporate Sustainability Team. The Sustainability Team is focused on a variety of topics, which include:-Developing a digital solution for evaluating, tracking, and documenting sustainability and ESG projects and progress toward goals.-Researching issues of interest to internal and external stakeholders and developing goals.-Benchmarking across facilities, companies, geographies, or industries to understand KPIs of interest or performance -Reviewing current environmental footprint and resource use and developing strategies for reductions-Reviewing current ESG programs for gaps-Preparing inputs to corporate sustainability reports-Quantifying avoided emissions Show less
